          如何防止通风管道不漏风呢?

          排风管道安装时应该注意的一些事项, 如果铆接不严,风管表面不平,漏风量过大,就会造成严重后果,如果是工厂排风管道漏风要返工影响生产,如果是刚装修好的店面,有可能还会破坏原有的装修。

          1、现象
          1. Phenomenon
          铆接不严,风管表面不平,漏风量过大。

          2、原因分析
          2, cause analysis
          (1)、铆钉间距大,造成风管表面不平
          (1) large rivet spacing causes uneven surface of the wind pipe.
          (2)、铆钉直径小,长度短,与钉孔配合不紧,使铆钉松动,铆合不严。
          (2) the rivet is small in diameter and short in length, so that the rivet is loosened and the rivet is not strict.
          (3)、风管在法兰上的翻边量不够。
          (3) the flanging amount of the wind pipe on the flange is not enough.
          (4)、风管翻边四角开裂或四角咬口重叠。
          (4) wind pipe flanging four corner cracking or four corner overlap.
          3、防治措施

          3, prevention and control measures

          (1)、铆钉间距应按规范的要求打孔。一般通风系统法兰铆钉的间距不应大于150mm;空气洁净系统法兰铆钉的间距不应大于100mm.
          (1) the rivet spacing should be punched according to the specifications. The spacing of flange rivets in general ventilation system should not be greater than 150 mm; the spacing of flange rivets in air cleaning system should not be greater than 100 mm.
          (2)、铆钉与铆钉应为紧密配合,而且要使铆钉穿入法兰与风管壁后留一定的铆接长度。
          (2) Rivets and rivets should be closely matched, and make rivets penetrate the flange and air duct wall to leave a certain length of riveting.
          (3)、风管在法兰上的翻边量应以翻边后不遮住螺栓孔为原则,通常要求翻边尺寸为6~9mm,法兰用料的尺寸较小时可使上限值,用料尺寸较大时可使用下限值。如果翻边量过小将减少风管翻边与法兰接触的面积,还减少密封垫与翻边接触的面积,影响法兰与风管和法兰与法兰连接的严密性。
          (3) The flanging quantity of air duct on flange should be based on the principle that the bolt hole is not covered after flanging. Usually the flanging size should be 6-9 mm. The upper limit value can be obtained when the flange material size is small, and the lower limit value can be used when the material size is large. If flanging is too small, it will reduce the area of air duct flanging and flange contact, but also reduce the area of sealing gasket and flanging contact, affecting the tightness of flange and air duct flange and flange connection.
          (4)、风管翻边四角开裂处应用焊锡或涂以密封胶。咬口重叠处,翻边后应将突出的部分铲平,四角不应出现豁口,防止漏风。
