          排烟管道布局的一般原则:

            General Principles for the Layout of Exhaust Pipelines:

            1)不同含尘气体性质不同,则净化的分段处理应不同

            1) If the properties of different dusty gases are different, the fractional treatment of purification should be different.

            当污染源多时可以集中在一个净化系统中,也可分为几个系统,但出现污染物混合会引起燃烧、爆炸危险、不同温度和湿度的气体,混合后出现管道内结露、粉尘或气体性质不同,影响回收或净化效率的。

            When there are many sources of pollution, they can be concentrated in a purification system or divided into several systems. However, the mixture of pollutants can cause combustion, explosion risk, different temperatures and humidities of the gas. After mixing, condensation, dust or gas properties in the pipeline are different, which affects the recovery or purification efficiency.

            2)管道系统布局应减小阻力

            一般圆形的风道强度大,耗用材料少,但占用空间大,矩形管道占用空间小,易布局,但也需遵循空间实况。

            3)管道系统的铺设原则

            3) Laying Principles of Pipeline System

            管道铺设一般有明装和暗装两种,一般均采用明装以便于检修,在无法采用明装时考虑暗装方式,管道尽可能的集中成列,尽量沿墙或柱子平行铺设,若管径大或保温应布局在靠墙侧。一般两根管道平行布局时,间距不小于100~200mm.

When it is impossible to use open installation, concealed installation should be considered. Pipelines should be laid as concentratively as possible in rows and parallel along walls or columns as far as possible. If the diameter of pipes is large or insulation should be laid on the side of the wall. Generally, when two pipelines are arranged in parallel, the spacing is not less than 100-200 mm.

            4)管道的支撑原则

            4) Pipeline Support Principles

            管道不宜与阀件直接支撑在设备上,应单独设置支架或吊架,管道的焊缝位置应在施工方便或受力较小的地方,焊缝不得位于支架处且距离不小于200mm.

            Pipeline should not be directly supported on equipment with valves. Support or hanger should be installed separately. The weld of pipeline should be located in the place where construction is convenient or the force is small. The weld should not be located at the support and the distance is not less than 200 mm.

            5)管道的连接原则

            5) Principles of Pipeline Connection

            在以焊接为主要连接方式方法的管道中,应设置足够数量的法兰连接,在以螺纹为主的连接管道中应设置足够的活接头,以便宜于安装、拆卸、检修。

            In the pipeline with welding as the main connection method, a sufficient number of flange connections should be set up, and enough flexible joints should be set up in the pipeline with thread as the main connection method, so as to facilitate installation, disassembly and maintenance.

            6)管道布局中要保证整体系统的漏损小,确保吸尘口的足够风量。
